This policy explains how INMERS collects, uses and discloses personal data when you enquire about or book Tampines 1 Halloween Scaretacular 2026 — Toy Factory 444 Edition. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. Information collected
We collect information reasonably needed for your booking, such as your name, email address, telephone number, selected date and time slot, ticket quantities, participant details requested in the booking form, booking reference, payment status and communications with us. The website and booking service may also collect technical information, such as IP address, browser information and cookies needed to operate and secure the booking process. Please avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information.
2. How information is used
We use this information to process and administer reservations and payments, issue tickets and confirmations, send booking reminders or event updates, verify admission, respond to enquiries, manage booking-related issues, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting obligations. We request consent where required by law. If information necessary for a booking is not provided, we may be unable to complete the reservation.
3. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by Bookeo, payment providers and other service providers supporting reservations, hosting and customer communications. Where reasonably necessary for event operations, admission, safety or dispute handling, relevant information may also be shared with authorised event staff and the management of Tampines 1. We limit disclosures to what is needed for the stated purpose, or as required or permitted by law. We do not sell personal data.
Payment information is handled through the payment provider used at checkout. Please refer to the notices displayed by Bookeo and the relevant payment provider for their own processing practices.
4. Marketing choices
Booking a ticket does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages. Where required, we obtain separate consent for marketing. You may opt out using the unsubscribe instructions in a message or by contacting us. Booking confirmations and essential event notices are service communications.
5. Protection, retention and overseas processing
We take reasonable measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss and restrict access to those who need it. We retain information only while needed for the purposes described above or for legal or business requirements, then securely delete or anonymise it. Where service providers process data outside Singapore, we take steps required by the PDPA to ensure a comparable standard of protection. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Access, correction and withdrawal of consent
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data, ask how it has been used or disclosed, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and will respond in accordance with applicable law, including any permitted exceptions. We will explain the likely consequences of withdrawing consent; it may affect our ability to administer your booking. Withdrawal does not require deletion of records that we must or may lawfully retain.
7. Booking for other participants
If you submit another person’s information, ensure that you are authorised to do so and that they have been informed of this policy. Where required, a parent or guardian should provide or authorise personal information submitted for a child.
8. Contact and updates
For privacy enquiries or requests, email info@inmersplay.com with the subject “Privacy enquiry”, or call +65 9132 8088. We may update this policy and will display the revised date here. Where required, we will notify you of material changes and obtain consent for new purposes.
